REDEEM YOUR VOUCHER

How to book your session

  1. Log in or create an account. A booking can never be anonymous.
  2. Choose your simulator below. You will pick the duration and the time slot on the next page.
  3. Choose the duration shown on your pass. If your pass states a flight time, read the next section first.
  4. On the Boeing 737, also choose the number of participants — pilots and passengers together.
  5. Pick a free time slot and continue as a normal purchase. A price is shown at this stage; that is expected.
  6. Enter your voucher code at checkout. That is where it is deducted.

Want more? A longer session, more participants, another simulator: all possible, and you pay the difference at checkout. A cheaper configuration is possible too, but the unused value of your voucher is not refunded.

Passes issued before 13/09/2026

These passes state the flight time and the briefing separately — for example “Duration: 30 minutes (+ 15 minutes briefing)”. The booking menu now leads with the total and keeps the flight time in brackets. Pick the line whose flight time matches your pass:

  • Your pass says 30 min → choose 45 min (30 min flight + briefing)
  • Your pass says 45 min → choose 60 min (45 min flight + briefing)
  • Your pass says 60 min → choose 75 min (60 min flight + briefing)
  • Your pass says 90 min → choose 105 min (90 min flight + briefing)
  • Your pass says 120 min → choose 135 min (120 min flight + briefing)

Nothing has changed about your voucher. Your session has always included the briefing. Only the way we write it down has changed.

Validity and prices

Your voucher does not expire. Its value stays yours for as long as you need, and there is no deadline to use it.

For one year from the date of issue printed on your pass, it also covers the exact session it names, whatever our prices do in the meantime.

After that year, your voucher keeps its full value. If our prices have risen since, the booking will show a difference to pay once you enter your code. You are free to shorten the session or change simulator to avoid it, or to cancel and write to us if something looks wrong.
